Joe Biden Says “I Am Going To Run For President In 2020”

It appears Tom Hanks and Oprah are unavailable and so, speaking to a small group of reporters tonight, Vice-President Jo Biden announced that he is going to run for President in 2020.
Despite formally announcing in October 2015 that “the window had closed on mountaing a realistic campaign for president,”CNBC reports that Biden said “Yeah, I am. I am going to run in 2020,” when asked if he would run for office again.
