Ghent Bitcoincity : Arpeggio Music and Life-ID Now Accepting Bitcoin Payments

The Ghent Bitcoincity initiative is still in its very early stages, but according to several reports from the team, merchants seem to be rather open-minded to the idea of accepting Bitcoin at their brick-and-mortar locations. In order to convince more merchants, a Bitcoin presentation will be held on March 2nd, with the major event to follow on April 18th. In the meantime, two more retailers in Ghent have started accepting Bitcoin payments as of late.
Arpeggio Music – Classical Music Meets Bitcoin
Arpeggio Music is a shop in the town center of Ghent and is specialized in classical music. Originally founded by Ruben Claus and Dieter Dewilde, two befriended musicians and enthusiastic instrument makers, Arpeggio Music has become somewhat of a part of Ghent’s rich and deep history. When visiting the shop, you will not only find musical instruments, but also music scores, all kinds of accessories for your instrument, and so much more – including instrument repairs.
